How long does the design process take?

Currently, we ask that you place your custom order 4 weeks in advance.

How many hats would you recommend ordering for a wedding?

We recommend ordering enough hats for 2/3 of your guest count!

Do you design logos?

Custom designs are kinda our thing. There is a design fee for our custom logo creation.

Is there a minimum order required for custom orders?

No, you can order just 1 custom hat if you’d like!

Do you allow customers to pick up orders?

Yes! Birmingham customers are always offered a porch pickup option.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, OR ISSUE REFUNDS?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do! Our pricing varies on the amount of hats ordered. All bachelorette and wedding orders receive discounted pricing.
